The Team
Ninja
A keen Red Working Cocker Spaniel with an exceptional nose for truffle odor. Ninja loves to work and is incredibly reliable in the orchard. His enthusiasm and drive make him a standout in the field.
Clover
Our gentle soul, Clover is a Black Cocker x Cavalier who proves that any dog can learn to find truffles. Her methodical approach and calm demeanor make her perfect for detailed searches.
McQueen
An experienced Australian Cattle Dog with years of harvesting experience. McQueen’s intelligence and determination make him excellent at locating truffles in various terrain conditions.
Phoebe
A passionate Spaniel x Beagle cross who brings both talent and heart to our team. Phoebe’s nose is exceptional and she loves the challenge of finding ripe truffles.
Each of our dogs is trained using humane, positive reinforcement methods. Their welfare is always our top priority - we ensure they work at their own pace and have plenty of rest and play time.
